Due to Covid , our kids from Chicago (with a newborn baby) were unable to come . But Dallas , NY and Fl folks came. 6 kids and 5 adults. We did not use all the bedrooms but house would have accommodated all of us. Close to take out restaurants and promenade and the beach. 5 kids under 5 walk to beach doable. The house was clean and we felt safe.we had a great vacation
