Mark Badders, Apex, NC – 06/29/2019

This is the 2nd year in a row my family has rented this property. Having beach access just across Pleasure Avenue is perfect for our little, grandkids. The large 3rd floor deck is the perfect spot to hang out in the evening after spending a day at the beach. Having four bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the main living area on the 3rd floor allows the young children to go to sleep early and not be kept awake by adults playing games into the early morning hours. The kitchen, large grill on the deck and good size dining area inside and on the outside deck is perfect for our family that prefers to cook meals instead of eating out at restaurants.
