Nice quite/clean condo complex.. Super close to the beach and the on ramp to the promenade (other beach blocks have stairs to enter which is hard with wagons). You can see the ocean from the patio which was really nice. Updated kitchen with all the necessary items to cook meals in….also walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stores. Went to Duck Donuts a few times during the week. Was a little worried about the newly opened tiki bar “The Point” being 1 block over but, they stopped the music early each night and I actually found it nice that you get to listen for free from the porch at a lower sound level. Overall I was really happy with the set up. 2 adults/2 tweens/1 toddler all fir really nicely. Only downside – 1 car parking
