This was our second year at the property. 14 of us meet at Bethany Beach every year and we love this house. It’s super close to the beach, all the amenities we need (two tv spaces, full kitchen, porches on first and second floor, two washers and dryers, easy check in and check out, a poker room, upstairs bar space), and linen options. You can also pay extra for private beach and pool access at Sea Colony.
Only improvements would be – 1. internet did not work. They seem to have more than one wifi set up that are actually interfering with each other (we had a computer engineer in our group) 2. Given how many people the house holds it could use a second fridge (grocery stores are swamped when we are there so we like to make just one trip to the store but that’s hard with only one fridge and 14 people).
