3 Star – This Condo has a wonderful view of both Ocean & Bay Side. We had an unannounced visit from the A/C company to recharge the system. I think this should be done on the Owner’s time. Not the renter’s time. It could use some TLC. Everything was clean and in decent shape, but if it were my Condo I would update the little things like comforters and maybe some pictures. The ceiling fan in the bedroom has only 3 blades and inoperable, it was that way when we arrived. Just a little Love is all it needs
