The neighborhood was great, the pool even better. Short drive to the beach. We have always stayed in places where we have to drive. Distance not an issue, well worth the price. The place was clean- kitchenware was not the best. Shower leaked in on one of the bathrooms. Other than that, no complaints. We grilled out front, the neighbors were nice.
