This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. Had a few issues at the start, room was not cleaned and AC was not working. Reported both things the next morning and both issues were resolved quickly. Decor is nicely done, love the outdoor furniture and a great shower in bathroom off bedroom with king bed. Main complaint is nothing to do with the unit but with the parking in the building for the second car. It has gone from $10 a night to $20 a night and that doesn’t guarantee parking every day for the second car, plus it used to be done on a weekly basis, you paid for the week when you arrived, now you must go to the office and fill out a form every morning before 10 to receive a new tag to put in your car so it doesn’t get towed. Really hoping this is resolved by next year. We have stayed in this building for 25 years. Great property other than the parking issue.
