Arrived in Dewey Beach for the first time ever to rent. The house is cute like a cottage, but very dated and filthy. The kitchen fits one person comfortably – perhaps the biggest negative about the place. Cobwebs up above the refrigerator and downstairs shower. There are also ants in the kitchen, the floors upstairs creak. The shower shalls and liner downstairs are filthy… king and queen bedroom ceilings are slanted and you have to duck to walk from one side of the room to the other. Nice place for those with kids, but not super cheap. Tons of kids toys in the screened in porch. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless your standards are low.
