First and foremost, this is NOT a beach house with access. We were told that the beach is within walking distance of the house – – not so. It is 1.5 miles away and inconvenient at best.
House is laid out nicely across 3 floors, allowing for personal space. There are a good number of nuisance thing such as fans that don’t work and a light for main ceiling that is also out. Kitchen needs some review on what tools, pots, etc. are available.
The cleaner didn’t do a good job so we had to clean up lower level floor and many counters.
We liked the pool area, flow. Beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space.
Owner is very responsive on issues.
