Beautiful house and great location on the boardwalk with nice view of the beach. We had a great week. However, we were disappointed in some features of the rental property. Basic amenities were promised on the listing but not available: • Microwave in kitchen was broken • Central vacuum was not working Other features of the rental that were lacking or could be improved: • No furniture for decks off the bedrooms on the second floor • One queen bed had a broken mattress • Non-functioning electric outlet in queen suite next to dresser • Blinds broken in queen suite (blinds won't rotate and there are a few missing slats) • No grill: We've been renting in SIC for the past 35 years, and have always had a grill.
