Great location but had some issues with property. Trundle bed mattress at bottom was in bad shop and unable to use. Electric grill was dirty and unable to use. No one checks the prior tenants trash removal and had all available cans filled when we arrived. Need to add knives to the silverware drawer, only 7 there. Refrigerator had no drawers in it. Found multiple light bulbs out in bedrooms and garage.
