The best way to review this property is to make a list of reasons not to rent it:
1. It was dirty, i.e. dog hair, dust, food stained refrigerator, brooms filled with hair and dust
2. Closets and drawers filled with owners’ household litter, i.e. dirty blankets, pillows, sheets, several junk drawers
3. Pantry shelves filled with odds and ends, i.e. soup can, hydrogen peroxide, bandaids, oatmeal, cups, dirty brooms and dust pans, etc.
4. Living and dining areas not large enough for advertised sleeping accommodations (there were 15 in our family)
5. Mattress in Queen sized bed needs replaced as it sags in the middle
6. Mattress in sleeper sofa was 1 inch thick, as a result, the metal supports were pushing through
