The location is great. Furnishings very basic and old, but that was described in the photo’s. The mattresses need to be replaced. Very old, and dirty. We put extra sheets on the beds. It was basically clean although when I pulled out the night stand to make the bed, I found trash and a soda bottle there. Please put 5,000 into the unit for a new TV, new mattresses and cover, new pillows, and maybe a microwave from this century. The bathroom was fine. Might stay there again to gain the location if no other places were available but it would not be a first choice. If your place was updated especially with new bedding, I believe it would have a better rental booking history. Please update the note you have posted with the code for the pool.
