This is the first time we stayed at this property. It was a very nice house with alot of space. The house could have been cleaned alittle better before our arrival. We found a sippy cup of milk on the side of the bed in the kids room, it did not smell very good. There was also something behind the TV (per my brother) in the Master suite that appeared to be a Lady product, we did not touch. The dishwwasher was full of dishes. There was no propane in the tanks for the gas grill. I understand the contract had a disclaimer regarding items possible not being there. When I rent houses (twice a year) I need to know what is going to be there for an ejoyable vacation. to put a disclaimer that just about everything may or may not be there is like a crap shoot.
