Pro–great location with beautiful ocean views, nice balcony and short path to beach. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Common living space is comfortable. Good kitchen amenities.
Con-twin bedroom very small and suitable for only one adult or two children. Bathroom only had a liner that was falling off hooks-no shower curtain. Sofa bed unsuitable. There were five adults and we needed the sofa bed. Mattress in poor condition, when opened was full of sand and some dirty clothes. Suggestions–closet close to living area cleaned out and made into space for renters using bed in living room and closet off hall bathroom cleaned out for renters shelf storage. I think this would help future rentals.
