A group of 11 males doing their annual guy trip found this home to be perfect. It is a spectacular house with an impressive master on the third floor, a fourth floor ‘nook’ with a futon, a kitchenette on ground floor near the pool. The main kitchen, on the second floor is open floorplan to the living room, it is very good size and two sets of doors lead to either the pool or a screened in porch. there is a front porch too, and also one adjacent to the pool. The pool was excellent, and may have had some filter issues that by no means required immediate attention or our disdain. I noticed the master bathroom shower door leaked, and that was a hindrance, which is why I didnt give 5 stars. I had to soak up the water on the floor with my own bath towel. Also, the master bathroom window had no covering at all, making sitting on the toilet embarassing for me, or taking showers at night. Two zone air-conditioning worked flawlessly. Truly a great home on a quiet cul de sac right next to the water tower, which we used as a landmark to guide people. All interaction with LFV went fine, except it really pissed me off they wouldn’t give us the key early, about two hrs. What the hell is the difference already?! $3,000 of business and you can’t spare two freakin hours?! JEEESH. And I don’t care about ‘policy’. There’s no sense to it at all except the power trip. We were parked in the home’s driveway for 2+hrs so it wasn’t because cleaners need their time.
