This lovely property is located within walking distance of the beach. The bedrooms had ample closet space and very comfortable beds. The family room, dining area, and decks were great for family gatherings. Bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen area was convenient with ample dishes, glasses, etc. However, cooking utensils, pots and pans are older and need replacements. Also, the kitchen counters were dusty and the kitchen drawers and lower cabinets were quite dirty. The check-in and out procedures provided by Long and Foster are contradictory, stating in e-mails the check-in was at the L & F Office and also not to go to the office as the process was online. The same occurred for checkout with conflicting directions. Check-in was not until 5:30 pm while check-out was 10:00 am. E-mails indicated there was a welcome package which we did not receive.
