Comfortably fit a dozen people. Great boat tie up with spring lines and convenient boat ramp by the house (ramp lock code wasn’t in binder and we had difficulty getting that quickly from the office). Fridge is a bit small given how many people can stay here, but kitchen does have plenty of dishes and cookware. King beds were comfortable but very high off of the ground (tricky for elderly guests). Nice shade area to sit below the deck. Very tight parking, but could squeeze four cars under the house.
