Unit was clean; however, some renovations are needed. Would start by replacing the carpets, adding blackout shades in the bedrooms, re-tile throughout and fresh paint are just a few thoughts. The appliances were adequate. The pots and pans need to be overhauled and replaced. The mattresses are in dire need of replacement. Our family enjoys the proximity to things we frequent, so location was great and easily accessible to beach. The free wireless internet connection is limited to 2 devices. With 5 people, it was a minor inconvenience.
