I found the unit spacious. Nice to have a full size washer and dryer. Would suggest replacing carpet to one with less pile, it always seemed to be damp. Location was great, right on the beach. Plenty of parking, 2 spaces. Nice to have the carts for luggage and groceries. Nice pool but with kids old enough to enjoy the waves we did barely used it Mini-golf, restaurants, close by within walking distances Quiet neighborhood Would rent unit again
