I have stayed at many of the condos in the Capri for many years. This specific condo (609) had a lovely view but was not clean. There were several long hairs in both the bathroom showers, the bathroom and kitchen floors were not the cleanest and the carpet had lint throughout the rooms. The stove had been sprayed with oven cleaner and not cleaned. You needed a wrench to turn on the hot water in the master bathroom and the tub and shower doors had a great amount of mold. The living room furniture had a large hole in the couch and there were no springs so you basically sat on the wood frame. The coffee pot had been rinsed but still contained “coffee tinged water” and smelled gross. We will not be returning to this unit as the cleanliness of the unit is below basic standards. I did speak with a supervisor and was told I would be refunded my processing fee but have not received any further communication regarding it. Thank you, Thelma R
