The only good things about this condo are the size and the location. The actual unit itself needs some serious updating!!
The bedspreads in the 2nd bedroom smelled old and it was unlikely that they had been washed in a long time. It needs to be decluttered with the unessential multitude of fake flowers and plants. Also, no need for the furry toilet seat covers (do these ever get washed?). The AC stopped working the last 3 days of the week, and the utility closet with the furnace is a safety issue with lots of extra filters wedged in there. The washer and dryer are extremely difficult to use as they don’t face the front of the closet door, but rather face sideways?? And to top it off, there were dirty dishes and silverware in the cabinets.
