We were looking for a large house to accommodate our family and for moderate entertaining. The bayside sunset views are outstanding! The house was spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Multi-level decks for enjoying the sun and providing easy access to the bay via dock for paddle boarding/kayaking. We don’t own a boat but there was a slot that our friend used for a brief visit one day. A multitude of wildlife was observed. From river otters, turtles to a multitude of birds. The main deck off the kitchen had a big screen TV which was a big hit as we are Phillies fans. Also, off the same deck was a nice grill that made it easy for grilling. Used that often. The only potential downfall would be the 1/2 mile walk to the beach if you have small children. Our kids are older so it didn’t present a problem … plus we enjoyed staying at the house often. The kids would ride bikes to beach (bring bike locks).
