This property is so close to the beach, right across the street from the beach access, which is the most appealing factor. Lots of space but not ideal setup for families. We have two little kids and couldn’t tell from the listing pictures that the main stairs were floating stairs – luckily there were baby gates in the property to prop up but still something to consider with littles. It’s probably a good property for families with teenage kids and groups of adults.
The appliances worked and it was great to have a functioning dishwasher, washer and dryer. One downfall was that the property was very outdated. I’m sure it’s hard to keep carpets clean at the beach but they were very worn and everything was pretty musty all over. There was apparent prior water damage all over, walls, ceilings, etc. which is definitely not shown in the listing pictures. There were multiple blinds that needed repairs and a couple windows that had signs on them not to use. The bathrooms were nicely cleaned when we got there which was good.
