No garbage disposal, trash pickup on Monday. We are hauling too much trash to the disposal plant. This should be an owner responsibility. Is there another resort that ever requires this? I realize owners may live far away but they pay house cleaners , they should also pay for someone to do this . I would gladly pay an extra 50 dollars in rent . There was a hot tub advertised in the house description. There is no Hot tub . many of the homes closets were stuffed with owner clutter, making them a little difficult to use. Beautiful view, bedrooms were nice and living space great. Elevator a plus. Down stairs bonus room/apartment was dark and damp smelling. We did need to use this space. Owner requires a 500 dollar security fee,
