We had a very lovely time at Unit 35 in Bethany Beach.

The unit was very clean and up-to-date. The owners are very accommodating with our requests. The owners made several calls for us to inquire on the price of the clubhouse and how best to determine how much to pay for our weekly stay. We have been coming to this house for over 12 years and always find it roomy to accommodate several families. We enjoy the pool and pickleball courts. The owners left us several bags of ice until the ice maker was filled and always call us to make sure everything is working properly. They really take an interest in their guests to make sure we have a very nice vacation. They even leave us condiments, trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, and other amenities that other rentals do not offer. If we find anything is not working properly, the owners take care of any issues themselves and folllow-up with us to make sure everything is in working order. I really appreciate the owners of this rental as they care about their property and want to make it a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
