We had stayed in this house last summer and it was beautiful. The view from the living room/kitchen/ocean deck is spectacular. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths are a good size and each room has a deck or a good view of the ocean/bay. The fact that each ocean block is only one house deep and there are no bay side houses makes the ocean beach quiet and less crowded than the one nearer SIC..
The kitchen is big and has good appliances as well as being fairly well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, knives and dishes.
This is an excellent house with outstanding ocean views. It is comfortable with good furniture, television and places to sit and watch the ocean as well as eat in small or large groups.
