We had a wonderful week.
Check-in was extremely easy,they even contacted us to let us know that the rental was ready earlier if we wanted to check in a couple hours early. When we arrived, it was very easy to find, the elevator was ideal, it made having my elderly mother with us much easier as she did not have to navigate any stairs. We opted for the laundry package, so we didn’t lug towels nor sheets for the beds. It was very convenient to use the service. ….having a bedroom on the main floor with the kitchen a beautiful king with an en suite.
Then three very spacious bedrooms and a small living room on this floor with a balcony. The balcony is covered, so it was nice to sit out there during a couple of rain storms.
The kitchen was well appointed for all the pots pans and serving utensils, eating utensils, plates, cups, etc. keep in mind there are no spices, no soaps in the bathrooms, no paper towels, no backup toilet paper. We spent the majority of our time when we were at the house on the balcony on the top floor, where the kitchen was the weather was perfect to sit outside every afternoon and before dinner and even in the evening.
The location of the house is perfect. It’s right across the street from a public beach, walking there took two minutes. There’s a Dairy Queen within walking distance, and you could walk into town, which is probably under a mile but we didn’t. It’s easy to drive right into town and find public parking in Delaware where you pay for parking everywhere so keep that in mind it’s very minimal though. We didn’t use it, but there is a huge outside shower, there were plenty of beach, chairs, and a few umbrellas. The road right in front of the house does get busy, but the majority of time it is quite peaceful. It is spectacular to look out and see the water! I would definitely rent here again!
