"This property is a perfect fit for our family. Its close proximity to the beach as well as short distance to town really impressed us. The house itself was clean and kept in good condition. The second floor deck has an ocean view and perfect for hanging out as a family. We made us of the sunroom in front for family members who needed to work remotely, as well as a good space for game night. Hope to make this rental happen again with each new summer.

"Our experience at 101 102nd Street was outstanding! The house was neat and clean, and very well equipped and laid out for a family vacation. It is so close to the beach and the town. Overall - I highly recommend this rental property for a wonderful beach vacation!
