The first floor includes a large living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, separate breakfast or game room, butlers pantry and a new full bath. Wireless internet access and natural gas grill provided. The laundry is in the basement. Bedrooms 1-5 are on the second floor with 2 baths (one with shower and one with claw foot tub). Access to the 2nd Floor balcony is off the main hallway. Bedrooms 6-8 are on the third floor with a full bath with a claw foot tub. It is hard to beat this location! This home sleeps up to 20 and can be combined with 1029 New Jersey to accommodate 37! Bedroom 1 , 1 Queen bed and cable TV with VCR Bedroom 2 , 1 Queen bed and cable TV with VCR Bedroom 3 , 1 Double bed and 1 top bunk only, bottom of this pyramid bed does not function as a bed; it is a sofa only. Bedroom 4 , 2 Twins Bedroom 5 , 2 Twins Bedroom 6 , 2 Twins and a double futon (sleeps 4) Bedroom 7 , 1 set of bunk beds (sleeps 2) Bedroom 8, 1 Double, 1 Twin Short stays after Labor Day at $650 per night; 2 night minimum.
