This professionally decorated dream vacation home offering 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and a heated pool. This great location is an easy walk to a pristine beach as well as restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A bonus of this home is that Chelsea Park is only steps away. The park has a nice sand volleyball court and playground at the far end. When you enter the home you will find the first of 5 bedrooms. This front bedroom has a private bath with stall shower, a king size bed and slider to the spacious front porch. Further down the hall is another bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath with a tub. The third bedroom has two single beds and adjoining bath with a large stall shower. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a flat screen TV. The family room has a large flat screen TV, a big comfy sectional and a nice supply of games. The laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer has a side door to a clothes line in the yard. The slider off of the family room goes out to a nice deck which leads to the pool and cabana where you can fill the refrigerator with cold beverages. There is a gas grill for your culinary BBQ expertise, a large enclosed outside shower near the pool and plenty of outdoor furniture on all of the decks.
Owner has a linen company that will provide bed linens and bath towels for each reservation.
Back inside on the second floor, there is a 4th bedroom with two single beds and a full bath with tub. The master suite offers a king size bed, private bath with double sinks, large shower and a private deck. The spectacular kitchen has been fully equipped. You will have a choice of eating at the center island (5 bar stools), the designer dining table or the outdoor table on the covered front deck. You will also love relaxing on the sofa and comfortable chairs while watching TV in the living room area.
As you can see this is a beautiful home that has the luxurious feel you want to have on your Stone Harbor vacation. We know you will enjoy everything about your stay. Owners provide Beach tags as a courtesy.

TENANT COMMENTS IN 2020 : Review: I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this fantastic house. First of all, my family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. It was nice to have 2 living spaces with large TVs. The bedrooms were large enough for our crew with plenty of bathrooms and showers. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to cook a lot due to COVID. There was ample seating both inside and out. The sunsets from the deck over the bay were amazing. There was always a sunny or shady deck during the day depending on your preference. The pool was so nice and warm on the cooler days of our stay. The house is within walking distance to town and to the beach. There is a small, well stocked market 2 blocks away. ACME is 10 minutes from the house.

"Great house with plenty of room for growing family and favorable location. Many amenities came with house as well, pool a definite plus. Will definitely stay again.

"This property in Stone Harbor was perfect! It’s walkable to the beach and town. The pool and outdoor shower were great and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I would highly recommend!
