Location Location Location! Don't miss your chance to enjoy the 7-mile island in this completely renovated inside and out 4-bedroom 2.5 Bath ranch style home with a pool and jacuzzi. Park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. All the furnishings are brand new including state-of-the-art kitchen and appliances. The living room and den boasts Love Sak sofas. The master bedroom suite includes a king bed and its own private bathroom, with a slider out to the deck which over looks the pool. Pool is NOT heated. Outdoor jacuzzi is heated. The rest of the bedrooms all have Queen beds (including bunkbeds). The side yard includes a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, pool house, gas grill and plenty of seating for all. This home does NOT have a bath tub. Off street parking for two vehicles.
Available to rent weekends in off season. $800 per night with a 3-night minimum plus $250.00 cleaning fee.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"Immaculate home in ideal location. Very high quality, comfortable sofas, beds and furnishings throughout. Great layout on this one level floor plan. Outdoor space is immaculately maintained with beautiful pool, jacuzzi and lounging areas. Propane grill could be upgraded to a larger size. Outdoor shower was extremely popular with my family.
