Unit included washer ,dryer, dishwasher central a/c unit. In season there is 24 hour security. There are many amenities in the building. Indoor pool, game room, tennis courts, saunas. The Capri is close to shopping and restaurants. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

Great property and location

"This property is well-maintained, recently updated, and in a great location. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the great balcony with its new furniture quite a bit during our stay. You can tell that the owners take pride in their condo and aren’t just maintaining it for rental income. The rental process was also very simple and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

"This is a lovely condo right on the beach. There is a very large balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is very modern with a beautifully updated kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The building is very well maintained. The indoor pool is great and very convenient. The building offers a library with lots of books to borrow. The location of the building is wonderful. TJ Maxx, CVS and Food Lion were all walkable from the condo, or a very quick drive if preferred. We highly recommend #412 at The Capri.
