"This was our second stay at this property. House is great, super spacious for extended family getaway. Location is perfect, backs up to Garfield Parkway so walking to shops and restaurants in town is super easy. Only 1.5 blocks from the beach. Having an elevator was fantastic for bringing food and beverages we brought and purchased up to the 3rd floor kitchen. Only negative is the noise level early in the morning when the garbage trucks arrive for the businesses that back up to the house in the alley.

"This is a great house, with lots of living space! It can be hard to find a rental home that works for a family of all adults, because most houses have too many rooms designed for kids (bunk, single, and pyramid beds.) This house has those options, but still has enough rooms to accomodate the adults in our family. There are 3 sitting/living room areas, which was convenient for family members who needed private space to work remotely during the week. The kitchen had everything anyone could possibly need! The location is perfect, less than a full block from the beach, and the shopping area literally just out the back door! We're hoping to rent this house again next year!

"Loved this Sunday to Sunday rental, was great for our family! Room for all to gather and room to have space for yourself! Great location, walking distance to all. Since you are located near businesses and restaurants, the dumpster pickup in morning is loud but price you pay? Would definitely rent again, well appointed.

"Nice, clean, big house. The one downside that we really didn't like on vacation is 6:30 am every day (Sunday at 7:40 am) emptying of the dumpsters in the alley behind the house. There are several dumpers in the alley and you hear the truck empty everyone. Very hard to sleep though. Once we heard it, we couldn't go back to sleep.

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully furnished. Third floor Master Suite (bathroom is top notch) Great location-can walk to everything (beach, boardwalk, town, park, restaurants & shops. Family enjoyed playing volleyball or basketball after dinner at park.
