Awesome ocean views, the 3rd single family house from the fantastic 84th street beach. First floor has 1 "junior master" ensuite with a queen bed; 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds; 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (and futon). This floor also has a hall bathroom (with shower and tub. Second floor has a great room which includes living room, dining area , kitchen and powder room. Also step out to the deck on the second floor. Third floor has a master bedroom ensuite which includes a king bed and futon and a second bedroom ensuite has a trundle bed (and futon). There is also a fold-able chair/bed suitable for a child in the house. The car port can be used for parking or additional outside sitting area.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
