First bedroom one has a queen and the second is a larger bedroom with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa (Queen) and a large TV with a gaming system for family entertainment. 2nd Floor has “The Great Room” (living, dining room and kitchen) with sliders opening out to a covered deck. There is also an ensuite bedroom featuring a King-size bed. 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. One is the other ensuite with a King bed, and this one has a private furnished deck. The middle bedroom has 2 Twin beds while the last bedroom has 2 Queen beds. These 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The best amenity is a private pool with a beautiful waterfall in the backyard. Amazing Family Vacation

"The unit accommodated our family with six adults and four children very well. The kids loved the pool but we would of loved it better if it would of been heated for this time of year. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and shops was perfect.

The place is great. We have been coming to SIC for over 15 years and this house was the best we’ve stayed at. All the amenities at the house were a tremendous bonus for the week. The pool was also the icing on the cake. Overall the house and pool were extremely clean and everything was in working order.

"We had such a wonderful vacation at this property. It is beautifully maintained and spacious. Loved having three floors with multiple bedrooms and baths on each.. It was ideal for our family. The pool was refreshing to dip into after a hot summer day at the beach. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

"The home was ideal for our family. Spacious, very well maintained and clean. We appreciated that the kitchen was nicely equipped and items like beach chairs were provided.
