Relax on 1 of 2 front decks with water views or 2 smaller decks attached to each of the master suites on the 2nd and 3rd Floors. There is off street parking for 2 cars. You are within walking distance of several local restaurants, the Promenade and many events hosted by SIC on JFK Boulevard. Enjoy Movie or Dance Night at the Band Shell or you can hop a ride on the SIC Jitney which travels the whole island. There is a newly built playground, bike rental, local shops and Fish Alley.
