Fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dining area with seating for 12, and a powder room off the main living area. Townhouse also has 4 furnished decks. The owner supplies Beach Chairs, an Umbrella, and a Beach Cart for tenants use. There are 3 off street parking spots, a gas grill and enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water to rinse off after a fun filled day at the beach.
