Lovely 5 bedrooms 3 bath townhome a short walk to the beach. Beautiful bay views from all three decks with breathtaking sunsets. Ocean and sunrise views off front deck. Tastefully furnished. Extra off street parking. The first floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen bed and the other has 2 single beds and a pyramid bed (single over a double). There is also a shared full bath in the hall. The second level is the living floor with decks off the front and back of the home. This floor has your living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. The third floor or top level has a bedroom with a king bed and private deck, a bedroom with a pyramid bed (single over a double) and single bed, and a full bath in the hall. Dogs will be considered by Owner with prior approval for an additional $300 fee per pet, per week (small dogs allowed). Call for availability.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
