The Braemar Towers is located at 131st Street oceanfront. Beautiful one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps 6 (King size bed and 2 queen sleep sofas). This unit is in the South Tower of the building on the south side. It has a secure lobby, elevator for easy beach access and outdoor locker to store beach amenities. There are ocean views from living room and bedroom balconies. There is an oceanfront pool, sundeck, fitness room and children/adult game room for your pleasure.
Recent new improvements include central HVAC unit, electrical outlets, flooring, freshly painted rooms, vertical drapes, kitchen upgrades, bedroom suite and balcony chairs.

The Braemar is close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters. Non-Smoking. No pets allowed. There is a $75 Building Registration per week payable by check or credit card upon arrival to building.

"This is our 4th visit and we enjoy it every time! Great location, nicely decorated and very clean. The team at Long and Foster kept us informed with updates about the rental and changes during the week. We had a great vacation!
