The living room has a 42-inch flat screen Smart TV, a pull-out sofa and additional seating. 1 full bath with tub/shower and a private enclosed outside shower. Washer and dryer in the utility closet. The front deck is 30 feet long and adds another area to hang out and enjoy your morning coffee and evening beverages. Use the front yard for an additional area to relax and play cornhole. The maximum occupancy is 6. Storage box for your beach equipment. 3 window AC unit. No Pets. No Smoking. No group rentals under 25. NO Cable only Streaming TV Street parking. Close to Play by the bay, Acme and Kix. 67th Street location.
