This 5 bedroom, 2 bath Victorian cottage blends yesterday with today! Located in Avalon's beachblock, this house, which was recently added to the Avalon Register of Historic Places, is one of Avalon’s historical properties, built in 1891. The owners' family have enjoyed the house for four generations—they renovated and expanded the house in 2005, and it now includes an updated kitchen and AC. You can relax on the screened porch shaded by trees, or walk down the block to the beach. Avalon's business district and boardwalk, complete with shopping and restaurants, are both only a few blocks away. The bedding arrangements are as follows: Queen bed and single bed on first floor with full bathroom; king bed, queen bed, two single beds on second floor with full bath; four single beds in dormitory room on third floor (no bathroom). An enclosed outdoor shower (two heads!) is located next to porch off the kitchen.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 1PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
