The house offers six bedrooms and 4.5 baths, there is ample space to gather with multiple family members and/or friends, the house sleeps up to fourteen people. Located at 47th and Central, diagonal to the SIC library, the driveway provides 5-6 spaces of off-street parking, depending on size of the vehicle. There is plenty of garage storage and the unit features 5 bikes and 15 beach chairs. The garage provides access to the spacious, outdoor shower, located at the back of the house. Once in the house at the first floor is the recreation room located to your right and contains a TV, couches, table, and chair. The day bed also offers a pullout trundle. To your left, you will find two bedrooms, a hallway, and the washer/dryer closet. First floor bedroom #1 is the king room, bedroom #2 has a queen bed with closet. Both bedrooms feature a shared bath. Up the stairway to the second level are bedrooms #3, #4, #5, and #6. The two front bedrooms are master suites, both have king size beds, their own private full bathroom, both master bedrooms have sliding doors that lead out to a private deck with seating. One back bedroom features twin single beds and the other has a queen bed and share a full bathroom. As you make your way up the staircase to the third floor, you will discover a beautiful bright open layout for the main living space which includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace, flat-screen tv and side bar. The kitchen has all of your dining needs, with all new appliances and utensils. There is seating for four at the counter, and the dining room table seats up to 10 people. The living room space has a spacious sectional and two comfortable chairs. Behind that is the side bar with mini fridge. As you see in the photographs, the third floor is an open layout, one side is the kitchen/dining space, the opposite side is the living space. On both sides, there are oversized sliders that lead out to a gorgeous deck. The sliding doors on the kitchen/dining side of the house leads you out to the gas grill. On the living room side, the sliding doors lead you out to a large, covered deck with ample seating, which includes table with chairs. 10 Beach tags included.
