This unit offers two King Beds, two full baths, large kitchen and breakfast bar. dining area and nice size living room a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. (Owner supplies sheets for beds and sleep sofa)
Recreation field, playground, tennis and basketball courts just across the street. Steps to beach and lots of good restaurants. . ALL Merrimac Resort Rental Units are Smoke FREE both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises. This condo complex does NOT have an elevator.
