"First of all, Kyle at Long and Foster was fantastic! We had some last-minute changes to our plans and he very nice and accommodating.
Throughout the whole process of securing the unit, etc., he kept in touch with any questions and concerns. He’s a super great guy.
This beachfront property is gorgeous. There are two bedrooms on the top level and two on the bottom. We had privacy for our family of 8.
All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Extremely clean.
Location is fantastic. Close to everything yet quiet at night.
The owners do a great job keeping everything in the unit uncluttered.
We really loved it there and hope to stay again next year.

"The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was clean, well provisioned with anything you need to cook, and the view spectacular! There are a lot of stairs to climb because of the set up of the bedrooms and living spaces, but that just ensured perfect views of the ocean. The location in Dewey Beach was great, lots of restaurants and things to do with our grandkids within walking distance. Our rental agent Kyle was very helpful ensuring that any questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend taking advantage of the linen rental package, the linens provided were great and it was one less thing to worry about packing. Perfect vacation!

"This townhome was just about perfect for our crew of 9! The layout gave us all some privacy, while the top two oceanfront decks provided fantastic views for dinner, sunrise and sunset! The place is not luxurious but it is very clean and well-maintained, and had plenty in the kitchen to prepare everything we wanted. There was plenty of seating for meals and on the mid-level deck for views as well. Swedes Street is a gem! It's right on the edge of Dewey so everything is walkable but it's just far enough from the action to be relatively quiet. The Exxon station on Swedes street sells bait, so our teenage angler could walk down the block and get it himself whenever he needed it! There is also a small mini golf at the corner, which gave our teenagers another outing that did not require us to drive them! We barely used our car all week, and being oceanfront meant that we were on the beach much more than when we stay a few blocks away. This place is worth it!

"Three oceanfront decks and walking distance to everything in Dewey Beach make this unit a great choice. Layout with 2 BR’s and a shared bath on both the lower and 3rd level worked great for our two families of four. Unit was clean and functional.
