Some features include 4 bedrooms with large second floor master suite including small kitchenette, 3 full baths, elevator, dual zone central air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, WiFi and streaming, 2 screened porches, 2 decks, and gas grill. REMODELED FIRST FLOOR HANDICAPP BATHROOM WITH 36" ENTRYWAY (Shower not wheelchair accessible). Front load washer/dryer, refrigerator and grill!! Owner provides beach chairs and toys, beach umbrella, mats and carrier to haul items to beach.

"We enjoyed Heron Haven immensely. What a beautiful and unusual downtown Bethany location. Kudos to the owners for the thoughtful touches, beautiful gardens and well-equipped home. Little things like a high quality washer/dryer are appreciated!! Easy walk to beach and into town and perfectly decorated so that it was lovely but also beach casual and comfortable. If the outside shower was enclosed, it would be perfect!

"Our family just spent a week's vacation for the second year at Heron Haven. We love the house. The homeowners installed a new washer and dryer, refrigerator and a beautiful new handicapped accessible bathroom this past year. The location is an easy walk to the beach and town and the canal in the back is an added bonus for kayaking.
