This first floor unit features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, outdoor shower, 10 beach tags provided but not guaranteed, central air, large deck, and open floor plan with views to the beach from the living room. Only 3 houses to beach and promenade. There is 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 4th bedroom has a pyramid bunk with twin on top, double on the bottom, and pull out trundle. We are completely remodeling both bathrooms, and the bedrooms are also being updated with new flooring and recessed lighting.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Perfect location, completely redone and close to the beach

Vacation Date: May 22, 2025

"This was the perfect house for our family of 6. It is in the best area of town (in our opinion) and only steps to the each. The open living room and kitchen (both completely redone and stocked) is great for groups. The bathrooms were very recently redone and upgraded and the bedrooms were all fresh and clean. We plan on renting again next year!
