Beach Block Townhome with bonus room that is only 4 houses from the beach! The first floor has a bonus room with a futon bed and a half bath. On the second floor there are four bedrooms and two full baths. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. One bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed, and two separate bedrooms each have a set of twin beds. On the third floor is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, powder room, living room, one master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Ocean views from the large front deck. Within walking distance to the Acme shopping center and playground. 64th street beach is between Surf beach (63rd Street) and Raft Beach.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"We loved this house!! The lay out was fantastic for a multiple family vacation. The bunk bed room was SO cute. The main deck was such a nice size, plenty of room to hangout comfortably. The kitchen had everything I could ask for with a ton of things I wouldn’t have expected! The bonus room was truly such a wonderful bonus! Our kids made it their special play room retreat!
