One bedroom has 2 twin beds and one has a queen bed. 2nd floor is a huge great room, large center island kitchen sitting for 5, dining area with seating for 6 and powder room (no bedroom on this floor). Open floor plan with rear "dining deck" with gas grill and large front deck with ocean and sunset views over the bay! 3rd floor features 2 more bedrooms and full (Jack and Jill) bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and private deck, The other has 1-Pyarmid bed (twin over a full) with trundle pull-out twin bed Sleeps 4. Cool central air plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms. All bedrooms have TVs and Google Wi-Fi access throughout. Great vacation location, plus it is close to the popular 75th Street beach! Owner provides a beach chairs/toys/cart/umbrella and high chair/booster seat and infant tub. No Beach Tags, Linens or Towels
