Beach path is on 48th Street to one of most desirable beach locations on the island. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk or bike to downtown business district. Electric Car charger installed for tenants use in September 2024.

"Wonderful house for a family stay. Perfectly clean and well stocked. Great access to the beautiful 48th St. beach.Would definitely stay again.

"Great beach house. Well furnished, kitchen well stocked, location great. A bit of a walk to the beach, but the trade-off is a quiet beach which is so great. We have rented this house for several years. It's always in great shape. There are a few signs of age, that need fixing but nothing that really interfered with our enjoyment. We will rent this house again next year!
